Ground Floor Rear Extension

We extended the ground floor of this semi-detached property in Croydon. The original property had a conservatory towards the rear, which we removed and replaced with a 3m rear extension. The design incorporates some wonderful features including a floor to ceiling window which overlooks the garden, large crittall style doors and an incredible skylight above the dining area. We also placed an internal window above the door which leads into the hallway to help natural light penetrate into the middle of the property.
